Catalog and order acceptance

We may correct an error in availability, a product description, pricing, tax, or other site information. An order is accepted only after the required review; it can be rejected or cancelled for inventory, authorization, security, or legal reasons.

Fulfillment and delivery

After-delivery options

Eligible new items may be returned whether they are defective or non-defective, and exchange requests are accepted. A non-defective return must be unused and kept in original condition. Contact the store within 30 calendar days after delivery and secure approval before mailing anything. Orders contain a free prepaid return label for approved eligible returns, and the store imposes no restocking fee. A refund that is approved is initiated to the original method within 10 calendar days; financial-provider posting may take additional time. Consult the Refund Policy for the detailed procedure.

Acceptable site use

You may not disrupt store operations, attempt unlawful access, or use protected site material contrary to applicable rights. Liability restrictions apply only where the law allows them, and these terms do not remove mandatory consumer remedies.
