This page answers frequent questions about BlenderBottle purchases, fulfillment, card checkout, and after-delivery service.

When should my order leave and arrive?

We usually prepare an order in 1–2 business days after payment is successfully authorized. Estimated carrier travel after dispatch is 4–6 business days. Those periods exclude weekends and relevant holidays, and delivery dates remain estimates.

Can I send back a product simply because I changed my mind?

Yes, provided it is a new product that stays unused and in original condition. Preference changes and an incorrectly chosen option may be submitted within 30 calendar days after delivery. Approval is required before the return is mailed.

How are defective or incorrect goods handled?

Report faults, transit damage, wrong goods, missing pieces, or a material description mismatch. Order information plus photos or video helps us assess the request.

Do you offer an exchange?

We do, when the request is approved and replacement stock is available. Read the Refund Policy for the complete conditions.

Who pays to mail the return?

A free prepaid return label is packed with the order. Once approval is confirmed, follow the supplied directions and use that label; the related return-postage cost is not charged to you. We do not assess a restocking fee. Contact the store if the enclosed label is unavailable.

How quickly is approved money returned?

The store initiates an original-method refund within 10 calendar days after approval. Additional bank or issuer processing time may follow.

What payment methods and tracking are available?

Checkout displays the supported card methods before submission, and tracking details are sent when available. More information appears in the Payment Policy.
