Sensitive card information is processed through the secure checkout service. Please never email a full card number, security code, account password, or one-time verification code to our staff.

Timing of an approved refund

The store processes and initiates an approved refund to the payment method originally used within 10 calendar days. Its appearance on the account can be delayed by the bank, issuer, or payment processor.
